Power windows do not work after ECU-IG #2 fuse blown.

Replaced the fuse and fixed the problem that caused it to blow, but now my power windows don't work at all. The switch lights up and the lock switch works. And no I didn't hit the window lock button.

I'm going to be honest, this is like Chinese to me.

 

Could I have popped a relay or something? Everything else works fine..

 

You have a 2019 Tacoma, take it to the dealer.

 

I do, but if I can fix it myself I'd rather do that and not spend an arm and a leg at the dealer.

 

No warranty or did something aftermarket pop the fuse in the first place

 

The aftermarket radio. Popes the fuse, fixed what I did wrong, and replaced the fuse. Everything seemed to be working find after that except the windows.

 

Wondering if the widows need to be activated with the scan tool.

I pulled pretty much every one out, they all seemed fine. And its weird that all the other buttons work and all the buttons light up, just no response from the windows when I hit the switch.

 

I checked all the door fuses, they were all good.

 

Pull the negative terminal on the battery. Have a cerveza, then replace and torque correctly, then verify system. Report back

Does anyone know what relay would be for the power windows or where its located?

 

It's soldered to the IC board..none removable....
