Your install that caused the 7.5 A fuse to blow could've ruin the internals of the Body Electronic Control Unit...but specifically the IC circuit that handles the signal to the power relay to provide power the fuses of the power windows.
    upload_2019-7-14_13-43-52.jpg
    It's just a guesstimate.
If you had a multimeter, you could verify power to all the fuses related to the windows. Looking at them is not a sound way to verify them. A sample verification would be: with IGN ON, is power getting to any door related fuse from the PWR Relay?

Put a meter on it and. Verify. Dont rely on a visual inspection. Seen fuses that looked good not ohm out good

Door R/L, Door F/R, and Door F/L are all not getting power, got a multimeter and checked. Guess it the worst possible situation. Also check resistance on all fuses and every one was fine...

Not plug and play. Solder is removeable, so is any soldered component.

I don't think the OP is going to de-solder in a new Tacoma...

Nope, it’s too new to be doing that. Already tore down the truck more then I wanted too and now my truck needs a new $400 part.

So use a small jumper wire to get power to the pin 30 1A in order to verify relay works, without de-soldering it...

Well, its either a $400 part or a $10 part to fix said $400 part. Not much to lose since the board comes out either way. I know which way the dealership would go but it's not their $.
