    I've go the 8" RF for almost 2 months and am very happy with it. It can easily annoy my son whose booster seat is directly in front of it, but outside of the truck you aren't bothering anyone else. You can get away with just the sub by itself, but I feel like it would easily over shadow a factory head unit with upgraded speakers. You'll want to add power to aftermarket speakers to balance it all out.
