do the powertrax lock rite not the no-slip have problems in day to day driving? i wont mind the clicking and popping in turns just wanna make sure it would be a reasonable setup cause i don't have the money for a arb air locker or a detroit true trac. anyone who has one installed lemme know cause i'm mostly concerned about funny tire wear or wheel hop in turns.
    Thanks
    Nick

you get used to it... it's "fun" getting used to it though
It'll try to change lanes when you get on or off the gas, un lock when you're going around a corner, etc....

it's extra fun in the snow

it is hit or miss depending how your driving style while on the road. Some people can deal with it, others put it in and take it back out. I have a truetrac and love it but its no locker offroad. It would be best to save and swap in a rear e locker or arb honestly. You might get weird tire wear or get put in a bad situation if it rains or you had to do emergency maneuvers.

I dont have either of those but I have a full time/auto locker (aussie) in my truck and I have zero issues on the street. In fact this week I am driving my Brothers taco with LSD cause mine sin the shop and yesterday in the rain the LSD was far worse on wet roads than my locker ever has been.

Dont be scared of the locker its not bad and is way better off road.

I too have a truetrac and love it! Not cheap and install must be correct but well worth it. My jeep has a lockrite and it works but it drives me crazy on the road.

I have 500 miles on mine. And everyone makes them sound like the worst thing in the world. My lock rite is really nice. I don't have and chirping of the tires. I have a faint click but 90% of the time i try and listen for it and i can't hear it. So far i have had 2 loud pop, the first day i put it on as i was backing out of the garage and than about a week about pulling out of my driveway. It's really nice and i can hardly notice it.
