Revtek leveling kit

I have a 2009 TRD Taco , 65 K miles on it. started hearing a humming noise from the rear, I took to the dealership, per the dealership I need new bearings and the 3rd member is going, metal shavings in the Oil.. they are blaming it on a 3 inch REVTECH lift I have on it, they wont warranty it, an want $4100.00 to repair... Any suggestions ?
