Dude, you're getting a $30k truck, talk them down $1,500 and get some Icons. All the other lifts will leave you disappointed. The stage 1 kit from Icon is a great entry level kit and will blow your mind with ride quality both on and off road. Keep the front at 2" and you won't need UCA's. It'll ride like a fucking caddie cruising through a jelly highway and much more controlled in all situations (take note that it's not stiffer but I also removed the sway bar). The other lifts suggested will essentially stiffen everything up similar to a spacer lift.

In fact the first time a put my Icons on (was my 3rd different lift) I had a chubby the entire time I was hitting every pot hole, speed bump and irregular surface in the road I could and was giggly like a school girl it felt so good!

I'm here for knowledge folks, please feel free to inform me. This sounds awesome. So does this Icon State 1 kit actually lift the truck at all or is it just stock height but better performance?

Another vote for Icon Stage 1 (if budget allows). Been worth every penny for me.

It lifts the front. You'll actually need to bring the fronts down a few turns to level it out. If you go with larger tires you're essentially getting a bit of an overall lift.

With this setup you can still do some decent off-roading. At least enough to have a little fun. You can check out how this setup did here on my build thread:

Have you had any regrets not getting stage 2? Just curious... the $400ish would buy some other goodies... but on the other hand it would keep me from lowering the front giving an overall lift before tires.

The terrain here is a little different so having that extra bit of height could really help me out I think.
