    My daughter is attending LA Tech and I know there are a few members from the Ruston area. Last night (4/24/2019) there was a tornado that hit the Campus. 2 lives were claimed, a mother and her 14 year old son. For those that have damage I am sorry and will be thinking of you. My daughter is fine, and I hope everyone else is too. I may not be able to offer much help, but if any members need anything it doesn't hurt to ask.

    I have never been real close to a tornado. I grew up in South Louisiana and have experienced several hurricanes.

    Sad to hear. I attended Tech before I changed majors and moved to University of Slow Learners (UofL, now ULL). Beautiful area and great people. Old friends all along the I-20 corridor.
