PTL Jason Marles was killed on 11.25.10 0300AM on the way home from a DUI check point. He was traveling northbound on the Garden State Parkway, when he was struck from behind by a BMW SUV, with dealer tags on it. Driver and all passangers were intoxicated, sending Marles into the barrier, back across the 4 lanes of traffic, flipping his Jeep Cherokee and burning to death inside before anyone could help. He leaves behind a wife, and 2 children.

Luckily they caught the driver and passangers, and the driver is on bail for $250,000 and in TONS of deep, deep shit.

    PLEASE dont drink and drive.

Sorry to hear about your friend. I hope his wife and children will be taken care of in his absence. After 21 years in the fire service I've heard and been apart of too many of these needless accidents do to ignorance.

Tragic...I find it disheartening that a person would be so selfish as to drink and drive, placing others in harms way. Pure selfishness if you ask me. I hope this guys pays dearly for his foolishness. May God be with the deceased's family and loved ones.

Joe, my heart goes out to you if this was a friend of yours.

Thanks Yall..If anyone is intrested, the PBA has set up a donation fund for his kids to be able to go to school when they grow up..One boy,one girl ages 4 and 7 I believe. I know its a rough time with Christmas and all, but if anyone wants to help them out, it would be greatly appreciated. I'll post a link if intrested.

Oh, and btw incase anyone was intrested to know, this son of a bitch got parole last week, so he will be spending Christmas with his family, but the man he killed will not be.
