    Latest update: The tests came back clear for infection. She has been scheduled for surgery tomorrow at 1PM. Please everyone put her in your prayers. I don't want to lose my grand daughter!

    Being from that area...Childrens is an awesome hospital! No better care could be provided...other than Jesus himself were to lay his gentle hand on her heart!!

    Sir, not trying to get in the middle of your business...but my brother, you need to be on a plane tonight or start driving to Texas now!! You need to see your beautiful granddaughter before her surgery!! Just what if...something does happens during her surgery! If you're anything like me...you'd hate yourself forever for not making the effort to see your granddaughter! And not to mention...your daughter needs your support...her Daddy's should to cry on!! Or just a nice comforting hug from her Dad! Just saying...if I was you, I'd be in Texas!!

    Good luck my friend...I know nothing about this is easy!! Our prayers are with you and your granddaughter! God Bless my friend!!

    Thanks again everyone. Yes, I know that being in Texas is the place to be, however because of the strained relationship with my daughter I have let her know that in a moment's notice I can be on a plane if she wants me there. I have to leave it in her court.

    As of this evening Skyelar is awaiting tomorrow's surgery. Prayers are with her for success and no complications. It really sucks when it is out of your hands and a loved one is sick. Feeling helpless.
