I recently was in a hit and run some f****ker rear ended me right after I got my grill done to the tacoma but it was just a tiny bump no big deal and as soon I got home the next day going to work my pre-collison light came on I couldn't even accelerate so I drove to the dealer and they wanted $2000!!! To fix so I did some research and youtube none helped somehow my friend had the same issue and I kid you not its only costed me $0.10 from home depot...

    Steps
    *Disconnect the negative Baytery terminal
    **Unplug pcs / remove it
***Electric tape the whole thing around it
    ****use ziptie to adjust angle

I hope this help some of you guys that having trouble with pre-collison issue and hope this fix helps as it did for me...

A lot people use washers to angle it slightly. There is a few threads on how to do so. Plus where's the sensor garnish?

you really need to clean that battery, and add some dielectric grease.
