I'll pass. No desire to have a Tundra. I'm sure it's nice bit its just bigger than I want to DD in a city or take on trails. I'll continue to dream of a v8 swap into my truck one day.

Are you sure? That doesn't look like Clyde's unless it's changed a bunch since November.

It’s Clyde’s based on the maps I have available.

Mud hole was on closed, which we followed until we hit X-way, which was the final climb back to a hardball road.

Initially we tried to go up Sierra Sky View, but there was no way I could pull him up there.
    83476886-0A00-4BD9-A842-02094980CA4D.jpg

We traveled clockwise in this photo.

The mud was, looking at the bottom of my track, just before the dog leg, 3-dots left of (and below) the “500” elevation marking.

The way the above map is laid out, Sierra Sky View is the brown trail to the left of my track, heading west, toward the white road, that we veered away from.

I think Clyde officially ends at the T intersection just "above" Dewoody on your map. It then becomes an access rd.

    What app are you using?

I think when my truck dries out I need to go out there for a week and use my gps and run every trail, transfer that to Google Earth, label trail names, and save the file. Then we can email it around and there will be no questions anymore

Not the best GPS app out there, but the trails match Barnwell, even if the names don't.

You can walk the ones you can't take your truck down.

But I already have tracks for every trail, they just don't look very good on Maps due to weird projections

I think I know where on Access Road/Clydes he is talking about. But that is more of the access road.

It is back there as I have seen that hole before, it is to the right if you are going clockwise on that road.

Hell, I still have the 2016 Jambo Map in my truck since it is laminated and everything, still my go too even though trails have changed like Jeep Eater is now Louisiana Back Roads and when we were their it looks like they graded the hill going up up it recently as it used to be pretty washed out.

If I understood him correctly, he was talking about the access road that goes below Spiders Ravine and Scorpion's Overlook around to X-Way. It's been a few years since I've been back there. Looks like the hole has gotten deeper.

That looks to be it, looks like he was going through the hole the opposite way of the video.

    Yes and yes.

    Deeper, stickier, and stinkier.
