    If you read through the first post, he mentions that there are little tabs that hold the 2 pieces together. You will just need to grind/dremel/cut the tabs off to separate them. He will have more details on the installation once the prototype is finished, but I imagine epoxy or hot glue will put them back together pretty easy.

    The best way I have found is to re-plastic weld the two back together with a soldering Iron...
    I'll be posting instructions on alternate methods for those that do not have one.

    OP Updated with Mesh Selection and preliminary ordering instructions.

    It is NOT Screen Door material... It comes in roll form, but I believe it to be rigid enough to use for grill mesh.
    I can bend it in my brake to add rigidity as well...
    I'll be posting pics of each installed once I have the finished Products...
