    Okay here is the deal on the piece for the grill.
    The good news first: the final product will be able to be sold for under the target price of $100
    here is the bummer news: I need to create a prototype in order for them to manufacture a mold to create this product.

    I have to get back to work but I'll chew this over and have more information for y'all later on tonight

    That's great that it's coming together. We appreciate the effort you are going to put into this. :thumbsup:




    Just to clarify on the "triangles" in the edited OP. Here's my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong.

    Removing the stock pice from your grille that allows you to use the newly made insert, also removes the triangles from the stock grille. You would then need to cover these triangle holes with mesh or fill the holes in some other way.

    Is that right?
