    I think the 63 quart one would be great for family camping or a couple week expedition trip for two people. I settled on the 50 quart size and hope to use it in our Xterra on weekend trips as well as in the Tacoma.

    Can these ARB Fridges be mounted in the bed of the truck? or must they be kept away from any chance of rain?

    I have not personally run one in the back of the truck, but plan on putting our fridge back there when we purchase one. I know other people who have been running them back there for years without incident. They run all over Australia on the back of Utes in the dust and rain so that was always a good enough security for me. You could add a transit cover for extra protection
