This isn't the only time this has been the case: http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/11/05/usa-mint-silver-coins-idUSL1N0SV2RP20141105 The Mint has in the past, and will again, suspend sales to these large distributors.

Yes you can still get some from distributors such as JM Bullion, but they have been seeing such high demands, they gladly raise their premium over spot.

And what about all my friends in the jewelry business who regularly buy and assay PMs in their course of business? How can I buy custom made goods cheaper today than a few years ago? They keep telling me their materiel costs are going down. And my bill is smaller and smaller with each purchase. What am I missing?

that is what money is, it's an IOU for a certain % of gold, so you don't have to carry all that gold around......

Who's the troll? Do I pull information out of thin air like you? Do I make up facts to prove my argument? Think again.

Demand is high yet the cost to obtain silver has done nothing but go down. Supply is shrinking yet there are tons of coins and bullion availed for sale.

You call me a troll when I point out your ignorance on the stock market and economics 101? Don't be bitter.

If you're going to post false information I will correct you. If you can prove something back it up. If not I'm going to keep posting facts.

here is what happens when you short silver

at current demand there is a 2.5 month silver supply........... gold has a 100 year supply at current demand if gold were replaced as the real money.

There you go trolls demand is up, supply is down..........

Yet no correlation to pricing. Interesting argument. Supply is down! Demand is up! Silver is on SALE!!! Come one come all, get your silver here. Want to explain how we make money on silver again? Oh wait, zombies. We wait for the zombies. I'll wait while you grab another chart and watch silver close down on a day when the market "crashes" another 500 points.....

What's the silver challenge? Post cute charts that you're so in love with? Okay. Silver is down today is it not? The market is down yes? Silver is not a great hedge now is it? Are you making money today owning silver nope? Is the government coming to take your silver?

    OH NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

This is from your Death Cross authors blog. You know the guy you posted from Seeking Alpha?

    • There is a seeming disconnect between institutional investors and the general retail public for the future price of silver.
    • Many silverbugs stick to the script for bull reasons, but are selective as to the information they look at.
    • Many catalysts are present to further put pressure on the price of silver including slowing industrial demand, slowing global economies, a slowdown in China and a stronger U.S. Dollar.
    • A more calm political environment along with fading fears of a global financial crisis will further put pressure on the precious metals to return to historic norms.
