And when we look at a graph that isn't using the 2014 dollar value for nearly a century of data:

VOILA! It no longer looks like a long walk off a short cliff.

almost looks ok, if you didn't know that GDP now includes gov spending..

But your chart compares total GDP to debt.... GDP is not how much the gov makes...

My chart shows total revenue to debt, income vs expense.... We take in 3 to 4 trillion and owe 18+ trillion and we are adding about 1 trillion every year...

That would be like, if your credit card had a $5000 limit and your balance was 22,500 and you are adding another 1250 every year..

Or if you make 100,000 a year and you owe 450,000 and your adding another 25%(25,000) every year... That would be like having a nice house and 2 cars, a boat, maxed out credit cards and adding another car every year... how much longer until the party is over...

Some debt is fine but at some point you have to have a balanced budget, because at some point your income won't even cover the payments... They are making no effort to balance the budget... Paying the minimum on your credit card will never pay it off, yet that is what our gov is doing...

How can the US afford it's debt, 0% rates and being the reserve currency they can just print money and use our military to enforce the petrol dollar.. That is call financial repression and is an indirect tax on us because of inflation...

So to me that is bad....

To hide inflation they are fixing PMs prices, but that will break in the next few years and rebound to true market price...
This vid explains situation with the shorts....

Sure we can stay on track but when you come in here and tell everyone that the government is fixing PM prices you should take your own advice. Gold and silver have been trading in the free market based on supply and demand and when I see Gold trading between $1,306 and $1,081 an ounce in the last 8 months I'd hardly call that price "fixed".

So yeah, grab a mirror and let's stay on track.

Do you not realize that rates are at 0% when there is no inflation? You can't have it both ways. You talk about having 0% rates and an indirect tax on us because of inflation, yet inflation and rates are both nearly non-existent at this point in time.

Wait for his picture of a polar bear. It will prove everything.

EDIT: Or a youtube video of a guy alone in a tie pandering to anyone with a tinfoil budget of over $5

    [IMG]Check.

Now make some vague prediction for a caption... "The end in nigh!" Check.

    Now what...

I'm waiting for the video of him trying to withdraw more than $2,000 and being surrounded by security and escorted to the managers office....

I was able to use a complicated computer algorithm and years of solid data from all of my internet sponsored sources to come up with a graph of future silver prices! Check out my screen shot of my graph!
