    Chop the cab mount as far back as I could yeah it still rubs on full lock I wouldent suggest it unless your going LT in the near future or have spindles

    It grabs the frame where it is cut so when it grabes the tread of the generals it grabes hard but that only happens if I'm making a u turn or trying to fit in a tight parking spot

    I can take one tomorrow morning it was origanly cut longs ways like evryone else's bit o wants to fit the 35's so I took a angle grinder and cut it as far back to the bolt as I could get I still need to plate it in though

    sounds good man, im planning on going LT, trying to decide between 295/75/16 (33.2) and the 315/75/16 (34.7) but i need to see how bad the rub is and how far to cut, did you hammer your pinch welds too?

    I have General Red Labels that are true 33's now. I some somewhat rub on full cock once in a while with a cab mount chop. I can't imagine with 35's ​

    With fiberglass you have an extra 2-3" of clearance. Plus you cut/hammer back the pinchweld and chop the cab as far back as possible and you won't rub at all.

    If you look underneath at it there's like a circle part for a bolt or something in there. My circle is like half a circle if that makes sense lol it's all the way up to whatever is in that hole

    Keep in mind krish has the 4 in spindles though so thats why he doesent rub and yes I grinder back the pinch welds as well

    Yup but I think he said he was getting spindles soon. Either way I cleared my 35s even before the spindles so it's possible. Just gotta cut and hammer alot :cool:
