Llumar is the only tint I'd ever use. Unfortunately I don't know if anyone prepares it precut. But something to consider while you shop.

Great success with several vehicles I had done over the years.

Part of the success is always with the installer of course. But never had any bubbles, no color change over time and a great warranty. Only had a failure on an Accord with a tight fitting rear window that got pinched at the top of the window channel and started to get loose. Almost a year after application and installer redid window, no problem.

I was using their ceramic product in the darkest legal shade for here in Fl. back when ceramic was first introduced.

There are some that is precut but the only ones I saw aren’t from reputable brands.

Anyways, +1 on Llumar/FormulaOne. I have their films on both of my vehicles

After using dyed tint for decades I went with ceramic for the truck and wife's GX. My truck had the factory dyed tint in the front so they had to remove it to install the new tint. I already had the truck a couple years so I was accustomed to how it performed (or didn't).

It was in the lpw 90s and sunny when I picked up my truck and was surprised at what a difference ceramic was. I had the moonroof done with the lightest tint and was able to keep the shade open comfortably.

Dyed is still great for privacy but if you live anywhere hot ceramic is where it's at.

I used precut tintx on my gtr and it fit/applied perfectly. Might be a little trickier on a bordered window but given their likely straighter overall I imagine it's not difficult.

Pretty much all the shops use pre cut or cut their own before installing. It is much easier to work with and you don't have to trim.

The last truck a friend of mine had done they actually pulled the glass out tinted it and reinstalled it but that was many years ago.

Seems like a taco would be pretty easy, not a lot of tiny triangles and what not. There are some videos out there of people applying tint. Pretty ridiculous, like slight of hand…and it’s perfect.
