So how many on here have 2 car seats in a DC? Just wondering how tight it's going to be? Probably have to move my soon to be 5 yr old to the drivers side. He's still too small for a booster. I'm afraid I'm gonna be too cramped and am thinking I may need to trade back to a full size.

I do. Not gonna lie, it's not a lot of space. My soon to be 5yo is in a booster with a back and my 2 yo is now front facing in a larger Britax car seat. Can my wife and 11yo squeeze back there? Yes. But it's not the most comfortable. It's tight. I can take a pic later if you want. It's not bad for me and my soon to be 5yo is behind me. He has room and I'm not cramped. I'm 5'10 so I guess it all depends how tall you are. I also lean back slightly.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Get the convertible booster. One that has the back, head support and arm rests. My son at 4 uses one of those. They are relatively inexpensive too.

I also have a newborn, and haven't had to put that carseat back there at the same time, yet.

Edit: Even-flow or Graco is what we use. I can't remember which... 40-60 bucks for a mid-level and 100+ for the high ends.

Cut & broke off some stuff.
I've run 3 seats across holding ages 2, 5, & 7. All forward facing is easiest but I've done it with 1 rear-facing too.
Wife and I still had enough room up front. Check the Diono Radian RXT seats. They have a narrow profile.

My wife and I are expecting our first, on May 16th! It's a boy, and he has preliminary signs of Cystic Fibrosis. Keep her and the little guy in your thoughts please! We're very excited!

With both kids we were done in delivery before the 12 hour mark... With the one we just had she went from a 3 to having a kid in 45 minutes. 2 pushes... No time for her epidural.

Truth. Wife is off for 12 weeks. Only has 3 weeks of PTO to use. I have to eat 9 weeks of savings... or find a second job.

We wouldn't be in this... but nobody told us that you had to pay for the insurance to be paid during your maternity leave. So, she has my military insurance which obviously doesn't provide anything for the spouse of the service member. Joy.
