Premium “faux leather “

On the 2018 premium package that includes the faux leather...

I noticed during a test drive that it has a type of slimy, greasy feel to it probably from conditioner or cleaner that they used from the factory. Wipeing it with your hand your hand it has a greasy film on it that is pretty nasty. I asked that the interior be detailed upon delivery and they agreed.

My neighbor purchase his 18 two months ago. I brought it to his attention last night and he still has that greasy armor all feel on his as well. He tried wiping off with warm soapy water, and it still had the slimy feel on it. He is afraid to scrub it off. Is that just a natural factory feel or am I being too picky?

 

No slimy/greasy film on mine, Dry matte finish.

 

Used to, now is gone...I want it back.

 

Mine is brand new and I don't have that. I like the feel of these seats.
