I ordered from Amazon, a lot cheaper, but there is no support if you encounter problems.

Thanks. I think for the Tweeters only I'll be OK just by watching the video. I generally order most everything from Amazon.

3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
Tweeters showed up 3 days early per shipping info, ordered off eBay 86 dollars free shipping from a Subaru dealer directly.

When I priced out the same speakers on Amazon and CF, CF ended up cheaper as they throw in the harnesses and all that. The speakers themselves are cheaper on Amazon, but they don't give you the wiring harnesses you need like CF will.

Tweeters installed, did a before and after comparison with same song, same EQ settings both times volume pegged. Definite clarity improvement, so well worth the 90 dollars, door speakers show up tomorrow.

Did you install dynamat (or similar product) when you installed the speakers?

Thanks OP and everyone else who contributed here. Just ordered all 6 speakers (got last pair of tweeters from the Amazon link) as well as the Dynamat extreme for all 4 doors. This was a great thread to find and I'm sure will one of the best bang for the buck mods.

Congrats, you'll enjoy the upgrade. Can't beat it for the money hands down! Gone are the days of hopping in your expensive TRD Pro and being disenchanted with the Fisher Price speakers they put in such a nice truck!

I ordered these adapters for the doors, but I have not installed yet. The Subaru tweeters are just plug and play. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GEIP7RW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Crutchfield says you need this adaptor:
    Metra 71-035LC
    But they look the same.

I'll be doing the door speakers this weekend and I'll let you know if they work.

Thats the wiring connector, you'll also need a speaker adapter too right? Thats why I opted to spend a little more from Crutchfield, both were included.

Any pointers on the door panel removal? Did any of y'all break any of the clips? Is a panel tool mandatory?
Thank you! I will be doing my door speakers tomorrow

The clips are pretty solid - I was pretty rough on mine and nothing broke, just follow the video and take your time. I do think the tools are helpful to keep you from scratching things. Could you get by without them, probably but those sure are cheap and easy. Definitely want something (a fork would probably work) to easily remove any of the clips from the main door panel that will inevitably stay in the door. Several of the clips when you're removing the door panels will always remain in the door and you'll need to remove them and put them back in their proper places to snug everything down.

And the mounts I mentioned in an earlier post - perhaps a QC issue, but my holes from the speakers to the mounts didn't all line up so I had to use a bit to drill a couple of pilot holes to get things lined up. Not a big deal, just know you may have to create some holes in the mounts. And LINE up the mounts with the doors to ensure placement BEFORE you mount your speakers to them

Awesome! Thank you for the response. I looked at getting the panel tools off of Amazon but my Prime expired and I don't want to pay $8 to ship $7 worth of things :( haha I wonder if I can find the tools at oreillys or somewhere like that?
