If you drive at 60 max, only on flat roads and no head wind, I can see that. Otherwise no freaking way.

 

Yes at least some stations, and closest to zero you're ever going to get up here.

 

For daily driving I would say not worth it. But for towing I definitely notice crisper and more linear throttle repsonses. Seems to be less prone to that bogged down feeling 3rd gens are known for. I pull ~4000 lbs a few times a week durring summer months. For long distance trips I use premium.

Then I’m not sure what to say. You have 1 in a million Tacoma? You can’t argue with physics man. Higher octane gas won’t give 3-4 MPGs. With your setup you will be lucky to get 16, just look at the fuelly numbers.

he probably regeared and tuned for high octane gas. that would greatly improve mpgs.

 

whatever here's my snake oil boys . K&n performance intake, afe throttle body spacer, ripp performance coils, urd cross over ypipe, mrbp performance exhaust, jtl oil catch can and Ott 7.0 tune.

I give myself time for my daily commute that's why I conservatively do 60mph . It works plus all the other additional add-ons
