Do you have any plans or ideas for a simpler two crossbar type rack? I was disappointed to learn Yakima still does not have "landing pads" to use the fixed mounting points. I get the popularity of this style rack but every one I've encountered is a bother to use for simple work oriented and boat carry, noisy, and more complicated for winter ice and cleaning.

So far the best I've found is go back to a clip and tower style Yakima or the Sherpa crossbars that have me wonder about noise and ease of removal.

    Thank you.

Totally hear you on that sometimes you just want a simple two-bar setup for practical use without the extra bulk or noise of full-length platform racks.

At the moment, Cali Raised LED doesn’t offer a minimalist two-crossbar roof rack system, especially not one that mounts directly to the factory fixed points on the 2024+ Tacoma. Most of our rack systems, are geared more toward overlanding setups great for gear, RTTs, and light bars—but probably overkill for quick boat hauls or daily work use.
