Premium & Tech Package

I have to admit, the BSM and cross traffic are pretty amazing. I know alot of people say "ohh i dont need all that crap", but honestly those two features alone have been well worth it to me, especially living in Los Angeles. Saved my ass more than a few times in the month i have had the truck. If anyone is on the fence about getting the Premium and Tech package, and you live in a major city, DO IT. Thats all

 

Ya, it is really nice this time of year (xmas) in packed shopping parking lots. I could not figure why the cross traffic thing was going off when I was backing out; Low and behold, there was a vehicle coming in diagonally that I could not see because the rear frame was blocking it from my vision.

 

it just saved me from a fender bender. I was backing out of my drive, and heard "beeps", stopped.. and the neighbor girl roared by with her new licence/car. Close call. thank goodness for that feature I swore I'd never need.
Also, I'm finding it helpful in backing into the garage.

 

As much as people don't think they need it... Once they have the BSM and parking assist(or whatever it's called) it will be hard to go back to a truck without it. Honestly they are my favorite things besides now having 4x4 and all the crawl control stuff. And I love the sunroof
