    Too much but not enough!
    Alright so I'm going to need some final input regarding parts required. I'm getting close to getting the last parts I need to finishing the swap and want to make sure I have everything. This is what I got/ am getting so far:

    Differential with matching gears
    CVs
    Hubs
    Front/Rear driveshaft (purchasing soon)
    Transmission off 98 4Runner-possible issues with comparability in tacoma? (Purchasing soon)
    Crossmember for transmission

    I know I still need the center console parts but is that everything mechanically I'll need? Will there be any complications using a 4Tunner transmission?
