In light of a recent FB post, I am considering replacing my headlights. Anyone have an opinion or experience with Spec-D or Depo? The reviews for both are all over the place. I trust you guys and your expertiese so I figured I'd ask here! I havent decided between standard or projectors so looking for opinions on both. I am also gonna experiment with whiting out the stock ones once I have a back up pair.

What say you on the matter? Thanks in advance.

I hear mixed reviews on them also. May not be a bad option to get some cheaper ones and then have down time with your OEM ones to mod them with some projectors and paint and whatnot.

LOL. I was just playin along. I was trying to take some of the heat off @ChadsPride!

Gladly. Im leaning towards the Depo, but the Spec-D projectors look ok. The low price worries me some... Why would anyone get the $500-600 lights when these are available. There are instances when you get what you pay for... Then some of the reviews mention aiming and moisture issues.... Never know who is reviewing and their problem solving skills! Moisture is an easy issue, aiming can be tricky to say the least.

They do look good. Love that pick up! Sweet rigs!

This turned out to be the feathering on the front tires. It stopped after rotating them. Guess I'll have to get some Billy's up front and an alignment. What should I set them at for a level stance? It's all stock at the moment.

I'd say 1.75 should level you out & I have Depo rears with no complaints so far.

I have a pair of Anzo headlights and taillights on my truck. I recently put LED bulbs in my headlights and had to cut the dust boot. Needless to say with the rain thats been happening in Texas I now see the moisture in the driver's side and its not pretty. I plan on building a pair of retros pretty soon so I am not too worries to begin with. The tail lights though held up so far and no moisture in them yet.

I didn't have to cut my dust boots. My bulbs came apart so the metal ring thing could be locked into the light then replace the boot & pushed the bulb through the hole & twist to lock.
