Not much brother! Just another day in the office! Is that an incline that your truck is on? It looks kinda like youve got the cali lean going on..

 

Yeah, it's the slope of the drive and the buildings in the back making it look like that

But, when I load up for Jambo I'm going to roll in looking like I only lifted the front haha.

Dont think ive posted it in here, but i finally regeared and locked the PreRunner!

Had just enough room for the switches..

 

How loud is the compressor when you’re locked?

 

Not loud at all since it only has to kick on for 3-5 seconds to build up pressure, then it shuts off (it only kicks back on if you have leaks in the system, so it shouldn't really kick on except to pressurize the manifold). I don't even hear it honestly since its in my camper shell.

 

What do I need to get to put a locker on my 14 DCSB prerunner? Just got one and I have no info on the subject

 

Heres this list of things i needed for my install:

-ARB Compressor (twin or single works)
-ARB manifold kit:

$94 ARB 171503 Air Compressor Manifold Kit for Easy Installation of Two Air Lockers Solenoids on ARB CKMTA12 Air Compressor, Plug and Play Air Hose Kit for Tire Inflation

link here (this is what your locker air tubing and solenoid that comes with the locker plugs into)
-ARB RD129 locker (you can buy it individually or you can get a complete third member and regear at the same time through East coast gear supply)
- bracket to mount your compressor (Slee makes a good one, i built my own to put it in my camper shell)
-misc wiring, heat shrink, butt splices or soldering iron
-dremel to make room to fit the switches

The compressor comes with a switch and wiring harness to hook it up. And the locker comes with a switch for the cab, solenoid, and air hose to plumb it from the manifold to the diff.

Cant think of anything else at the moment.. but it is a pretty involved setup. Big wiring job, but definitely worth it. If you decide to pull the trigger and have any questions, feel free to ask

Trails are temporarily unavailable. Decided to put the Bridgestone Duelers on the stock rollers.

Moved my 2 Duratracs over to the trails. Gonna buy 2 more DTs for a complete set at some point.
