    I have a base model and it has auto lsd. You can manually turn it off and it becomes an open differential. The lsd has saved my ass in sand.

    If you put a locker in and didnt re-gear then you are looking at the same labor charges a 2nd time. It only cost me $65 different to get them both installed vs just the gears.
