    Hey ya’ll

I’m finally ready to build my 2013 TRD off-road out after she has been my reliable daily for 6 years. I’m planning out a prerunner type of build.

In your opinions what are your must haves, priorities, and nice to haves.

As of now all i have done is throw the Icon “stage 4” suspension package in about a year ago and changed the head unit. And getting in some anvil hammer hangers and cross bar this week.

Right now my build list looks like this:

    Wheels/tires (method or scs?)
    Bumper (probably c4 hybrid?)
    Fiberglass front and back fenders
    Skid plate
    Bed wheel mount
Then lastly throw a Magnuson on and tune her.

Long term Id like to LS swap and long travel but i need her to be reliable for the time being.

haha, nah. I think wheels and tires would go a long way.

Why waste time and money supercharging if you want to LS swap in the future?

I’d start with wheels/tires and everything included to clear them (CMR, hammering pinch welds, etc.), then maybe re gear to turn those tires efficiently. Fiberglass after that.

Are you going to stay leaf sprung? If so and you don’t plan on towing/hauling/crawling then look into some spring under kits and a bedcage for the rear.
