That is definitely 4x4 kit. Notice two seals. Bearing itself should be the same. I would look just for pure runner kit. Also you can get cheaper that bearing in some other websites.

Spindle and hub assembly I believe is the same. This would include the bearings.

that looks like the 4wd bearing. The 2wd bearing has the center portion enclosed with a spacer to carry the load.

 I'm ready to replace my wheel bearings on my 06 4x4. Prices vary soon much , I picked up a set from napa for $135 each plus $11 for seals. I checked rock auto and they start at $60 wtf. Can I get a whole assembly (bearing already pressed in) for around $200? Or can anyone help with a parts list with the best prices?

Only place u can get prerunner hubs and bearings. The bearing are simple to find its the prerunner hubs that are mysteries. But blue pit will custom assemble the front assembley w/ hub and bearing fur under 400 which is a steal if u can't get Toyota parts on your own

Btw prerunner has 4x4 wheels but not axle so 4x4 hubs do not work and 2x4 Tacomas have 5 lugs while prerunners have 6 so u really get screwed with the Pre and the new hubs

I'm pretty sure the only difference is the hub. I think prerunners have like a plate on the back side where the axleshaft would be on a 4x4. It should just unbolt and then it would be just like doing the job on a 4x4. Honestly if you are mechanically inclined and have access to a press it's not a hard job at all if you remove the entire spindle. Then you can use the spindle to hold it and press the hub out. I wouldn't go for the cheapest bearing you can find either. I used SKF on the last 4 I did. Mine were done on my 05 at the dealer around 75k miles and I'm pretty sure they will be due again around 150k.

you need the SST to remove & torque the nut on a pre runner hub.
