    What the hell is the point of a 2X4 TRD Off Road if some one cound fill me in, why you would buy that package?

    yeah, the Prerunner TRD OR is mainly for the guys that dont need 4wd yet still do some offroading. its actually what a prerunner should be IMO

    yeah but now toyota sells the name on the truck and would be affraid that classifying it as something else wouldnt sell well. imo

    this is one of the reasons i bought the 06 prerunner i had( and i couldnt afford 4x4 at the time).
