PreRunner Vs 4x4 Shocks and Struts

Hey folks so let me start by saying I'm new to the forum and also new to the world of Tacomas and Prerunners. That being said I'm looking to change out the front strut assembly and the rear shocks. I have a 99 PreRunner with the TRD package and it has right rear diff lock. I'm wanting to know if the 4x4 shocks and struts are compatible with my prerunner I have a friend of mine that has all new parts for the same year model truck as mine except his is 4x4 an he has already sold the truck and offering these to me at a good price. Main question is will they fit without any fab work?
