2" lift kit, 18" Boss rims w/ Nitto Terra Grappler tires, dumped Magna Flow exhaust
So is it a bad idea to give an 07 Prerunner a two-inch lift?

No not at all, you have no 4WD parts to worry about. Even with a 4X4 I wouldn't worry about it. I now plenty of guys who have 2.5" lifts and no problems.

u'll be fine with a prerunner, i've gotten through a long stretch of sugar sand on the beach in my dads, just be sure to get the TRD sport package so u get the LSD. the open differential and stock suspension feels sloshy compared to the TRD packages. at that time though, the TRD offroad with 4X4 is about the same $$$ just depends on what ur using it for.. 4X4 is more moving parts and more to have go wrong in the future, depending on ur plans for the vehicle, and re-sale in ur area, i would take all those factors into consideration.

    Its a TeeeRuck
Alpine head unit with ipod dock, alpine speakers.
In the past I have purchased 2wd tucks and always wished they were 4x after the purchase. Its always good to have it in case. The vehicles are almost the same otherwise.

I have a locked PreRunner and havn't been stuck once yet (knock on wood). Remember, Florida is all Mud and Sand, 2wds enemy.
