    Update..
We went down to the police station yesterday to press charges. The officer we talked to couldn't find a record of the subject being pulled over.
When he searched the tag number all he could find was a name with no picture id. The officer said that he probably doesn't have a drivers license. So to figure out what happened we have to go back down to the station on Thursday when the responding officer is back on duty. My baby is gonna press charges on him for threating her with the other pit, and we are going to press charges on him for his dog attacking ours. We want the OWNER to pay and not the dogs. I believe since the pit attacked with no warning whatsoever that they are being trained to attack. This is no way any dog owner should train ANY dog. I consider what he's doing animal cruelty and I hope the law will stand behind us on that.

I say yes solely for the purpose of pissing off the owner. People like that don't deserve to own animals.

I would press charges! If the owner can not control the dog then it needs to be put down!

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Definitely, I'm not anti-pit, but any dog that is off of its leash and out of control I would do the same. My Jack Russell can be quite a bitch at times, so for that I don't let her off the leash just because she might give someone a little nip. Now that fact that he thought it was no big deal and it was your fault, AND he threatened your girlfriend, is all the more reason he needs to be taught a lesson and have his dog taken away from him.

I hope you're referring to the owner. It's not the dogs fault that his owner is a douche bag.

x2 on the owner. He probably enjoys watching his dog tear up others.

    ^ This right here.

Dog may not be at fault but has clearly showed a tendency to attack unprovoked, therefore should be put to sleep before another incident occurs where the result could be much worse. The owner should also have any animals taken from him because it's obvious that he cannot control them. Any dog may get into a scuffle with another, thats understandable, and should be forgiven under most circumstances. It is obvious that this was more than that for no other reason that the owners comments about "sicking" his dog on a human. Shows intent right there that the dogs are being trained to do harm.

I hope so too. German Shepherds do not have fear issues very often, if ever. That's why they are so good at guarding and protection.
I've owned them for years and seriously I doubt you will ever have that problem.

And, before that person and his dogs hurt another dog or person they should at the very least be reported.
So there will be a permanent record of their behavior.
