Pressure washer issue

I've taken it apart in the back yard. From what I can see, and I don't know what I'm looking at, everything looks clean and well lubed. Check out the pictures. Tell me what else I need to take apart if I missed something.

I haven't checked the spark plug. Someone tell me how the choke/unchoke run would affected by a bad plug. If it runs choked the plug must be fine right?

My questions: if I were to get some carburator cleaner from Advance, where do I spray it? (in other words *cough* what's the carburator?)

 

Learned a lot today. No need to respond anymore. Problem solved.
Got it all done. I found the jet tubes and they were indeed gummed up.
After I cleaned it all up and re-assembled it the power-washer started on the second crank. Awesome

 

Dang, that's a big spark plug. LOL
