so friday night i was involved in a multi-car colission.
a girl pulled out in front of me while i was traveling approximately 55MPH
i had no time to think or do anything, so i probably struck her doing about 54MPH. the link below is to the pictures in the FL regional thread.
my wife fractured her pelvis and is having surgery tomorrow, my daughter is shaken up with a small cut on her lip from the car seat center buckle; she is only 16 months old. i got out with just some cuts on my fingers and a kick to the chest it feels like, im pretty sore.

the girl driving the green expedition i hit some how walked away from the accident.

So sorry to hear about your accident. Prayers that your wife and daughter heal.

I would contact a really good attorney as soon as you can.
You and your family are now suffering do to someone just not paying attention. And I understand accidents happen...however...

Its now time to get there attention, operating a motor vehicle is a responsibilty not a right. Sorry, rant over. I hope it all turns out well.

As soon as i get the accident report i will be in contact with an attorney, cant do anything without one. Need to know if the girl was ticketed in order to get the ball rolling. I would not really understand if she hadnt been.

My wife will be out of work for at least six months. So it will be quite some time before i can afford another tacoma payment.
