    Hi,
I recently purchased a tacoma trd offroad 2017. As a first modification I wanted to switch to oem led headligths. The issue is that previous owner cut conectors pretty bad so I know that I will need to do some soldering stuff. What would you recommend? Can you male a kit for my situation?

    thank you!

    Three choices:

    1. Halogen pigtails from me or a junk yard. I actually have these pre made as someone else once requested. Another guy also asked but wound up getting what he needed from a junkyard. Color matched so you’d just heat shrink butt connector then heat shrink over the top. Then add a conversion harness.

    2. LED pigtail. Might be harder to find these at a junkyard but I can do this too. Same heat shrink but connectors. Heat shrink over the unused sidemarker or cap it. Then you’d plug right in.

    3. Order a pair of female MX-150’s and crimp directly to the OEM wire.

I’d probably crimp direct myself in this situation.

Lemme know if you need links for specifics. Don’t decide immediately, I’d think about it for a day or two.
