Edit: I would definitely try to talk them down. Start at $37.5 and try to settle around $39k.

 

Personally if I have to pay up to 4-5k more for brand new one VS one that’s a 21 or 22 with 20k or less miles I’d find that reasonable, again more for peace of mind unless i know exactly who the owner is and how he or she drove it / maintained it.

 

What year is it? I’m finding used 21’s with similar mileage for less at dealers. Here’s a certified AG Sport pretty nice (I’m a fan of AG). Plus being certified if you’re financing it may qualify for lower rates.
