    That was another reason i didnt do it.. i live in southern ca.. we dont HAVE weather here. Its either sunny, or not. BUT i do wish i had it in case we wanna go to the snow.. but i havent seen snow for 5+ years (never snowboarded.. crazy i know.. just surfed).. SO.. i didnt feel like paying for it.

    Based on Edmunds - looking at 14K mint - Kelly blue book for some reason does not list a 4x4 access cab for 05??

    Hey, thanks for the info guys. We've had at least 20 25cm+ storms this year. And my wife is an on call resident care worker. So calling in a storm day isn't an option. It would be really comforting to have a 4x4 beast to get her there. Seems a used tacoma costs a bloody fortune around here.

    Getting a 2 wheel drive truck in a cold weather region with lots of snow doesn't make a lot of sense to me in most instances, and i think most that do so regret it after the fact. Why frustrate yourself with the limitations of 2 wheel with all the snow we get in the north?

    I would bite the bullet and go 4 wheel if i were you, and the one you area eyeing up seems a little high miles for the asking price. I think you can do better.

    Check the motor mounts just in case too when you see the truck
