Price on this truck I'm going to get

Last week I made a thread about purchasing a Fully loaded 09 4x4 Toyota Tacoma DC LB Sportpackage with JBL etc.

Here's the deal so far...

the truck I'm getting is fully load 09 DC LB Sport package plus a few accessories. MSRP on it is 32,xxx
One dealership I got it down to 29500, but initial offer was 7500 on 03 Acura RSX Type S. I had to pull and arm n leg to get this price to 8000. This is the same dealer my boss has been dealing with. When I started to negotiated with him. The price I offered him he said it was too low and can't do it. Then he told me that I should get a LESSER TRUCK. I'm so pissed off at this dude and I don't want to deal with him anymore. So I went to another dealership.
This dealership match that offer then I bettered it at 29,000 and gave me 8500 for my car. I didn't have to pull an arm n leg for this one.
What do you guys think? Still too much?

Good deal, its pretty much the invoice price, I just got the same truck for the same price.
