    Agreed

When I go full size I am getting tundra

Though Ford F-350 shaky is my dream truck I won't pay $88,000 for a truck

Toyota and Honda take off a lot on accords and civics and tundras

Resale value is measured in % not dollars

No one can touch Tacoma resale

But tundra selling for $5000 off msrp still has amazing resale compared to ford snd chevy

$5k is not good enough. First one I priced the dealer offered $6k+ off for a TSS 4X4. That was the initial offer with no negotiating.

But your % translates to dollars. Vehicles with larger mark downs have lower resale values than others.

A Tundra with $5000 off MSRP will have a better resale not because it's toyota but because Ford and Chevrolet are taking $12,000 of MSRP.

I keep track of things in Mint (https://mint.intuit.com) and have my Tacoma listed as an asset. The price fluctuates occasionally and I noticed it increased about $700 in the past week or so. Not sure if Mint uses KBB, NADA or something else.

Think I'm having trouble with the drive shaft/leaf springs. I might also have a fuel pump problem. Have to take it in to get a firm dx. Ive just had to take this truck in more times in 1 year than my Ford has its 15 years.

Yeah but this was an expensive truck to begin with and now I'm scared to put a lift on it because I feel like its going to fall apart. Right now I can sell both my trucks and get an F150 Turbo Charged V6 10-speed Lariat. The Tacoma is useless for my truck uses (I outdo both payload and towing when I tow/haul). So its strictly a toy. Its just turned out to be an expensive toy and not sure I want to hang in there when I've got other things in life that coulduse the cash (because I excessivly mod both trucks haha).

i traded my 13 regular cab 4x4 5speed into the toyota dealer in 2015 with 30k miles on it countless tree branch pinstripes from headlights to tailights on both sides, a crushed in skid plate, a rear bumper that was all bent out of shape, and a tire that i had to fill up with air 3 times a week, for the exact same price i paid for it brand new.
