    He had flu like symptoms for a few weeks and died today at age 57.

    I grew up during purple rain. He definitely lived in "Prince world" but he was a hell of a musician. This really sucks.

    Purple Rain came out when I was in High School and I really enjoyed that album even though I wasn't into that kind of music. The movie, not so much.
