Yeah this morning I realized that the windoors will also help access the back without having to open the swingout everytime. So much win with the windoors. Are yours vented sliders as well?

Yes they are vented. They definetly helps with getting things in and out of the back of the truck without having to open the swingout. I have my swingout off right now and.... its kinda nice to just be able to open up the back.

I didn't not get the boot for the cab/shell interface for that very reason, Zach. That and cleaning. No windoors, either. Though that may be a regret down the line. Not so, currently. I'm a short dude, and with the 3" lift, I'd need a foot stool just to get access through the windoor, anyway. Instead, I gave up a little cargo space for the bed slide.

Yeah I am short too so the windoors will not be "ideal" but better than nothing. I still may get a bedslide down the road. Always wanted one just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Finally got out this weekend. A few of the planned upgrades to the truck were on and came in handy and a few unexpected ones are also shown.

What would you go with if you had to choose between sPOD, Blue Sea fuse block/panel, or NSA? I'm just really wanting to mount a led bar on the pelfreybilt front bumper along with 2 led pods in fog light positions, 2 led pods on the a pillars using cbi ditch light brackets, and my winch for the front bumper. Later on I'm going to be adding an arb compressor and front rear air lockers. I just want to make the right decision the first time.

So I got quoted a while back at $250 each a windoor. Im thinking bout just doing the driver side (dominate side of everything on the truck). Then thinking bout doing a small ladder from the rear bumper to the safari basket passenger side covering some of the stock vented cap window. In theory it makes sense of multi function and cost effective.

I know nothing about electrical to be honest. I have blue sea and the harnesses I have been supplied with each product or light. I don't know anything about spod or nsa but blue sea is a simple solution. Not fancy but simple.

Not a bad idea. I thought about only doing one side but in the end I didn't want to be limited to only one setup in the bed. I always end up with some funky situation where I am carrying random items so maximum versatility won over. Will I use both win doors all the time, probably not. But I know that eventually something will get swapped around and I will need it.

    The ladder would be sweet

I have the 4x4SPod. Very clean. I like it. Only 6 switches, though.

The blue can turn out messy if you don't pay attention to what you are doing. If you put the effort in and make it clean it will be clean. The blue sea is probably more like a DIY type project where the end result is up to your own work. The SPOD seems like they have done alot of the work for you to make it clean without you having to do all the nit picky stuff. I will try to dig up some pictures of mine.

Did you go through your fire wall when you ran the wires from your switches to your blue sea fuse block?

Yes. Other than wireless I don't think there is any other way to do it. There is a big grommet on the driver side above the emergency brake pedal. I went through there.

Have you seen any sign of leaks?
