Where did you get the antenna bracket? I’ll be following this thread since I’ll soon be adding some scene lighting to my Prinsu and have been wondering about routing the wiring.

    Here ya go: https://www.leitnerdesigns.com/collections/accessories/products/antenna-bracket

The mounting hardware that came with it won’t fit the prinsu, that being said the extra mounting hardware for the wind fairing worked perfectly.

Okay so here’s what I ended up doing, first I bought 2 of the KC universal wire hiders.

    40C40018-232B-44A6-8371-451BF57E8029.jpg

These things are super rugged and my only concern is the double sided 3m tape used to attach it. In the SC summer heat we will see how they hold up. Next I cut one length to fit my windshield and installed it.

Next using the left overs from the windshield and two more 1 foot segments from the second hider I applied it to the inside if the prinsu rack.

I must say that I’m really happy with how clean it looks and how any other lights/electronics I run should be able to fit into these channels as well. Highly recommend this solution to anyone looking to clean up the wiring on their RR or windshield.

That looks great. I’m going to order some for my rack light bar. Thanks for the pics!

Looks good OP. I've seem many people just tuck in the cable down the windshield. It surprising how well it tucks in there. Just a pointer in case the head messes with the 3M.

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried and the diameter was just too small for it to actually stay under there. Buddy of mine was able to successfully do this with his lightbar wiring because it had that outer sleeve. No dice with this antenna cable though.

I originally tried using t-slot covers to hide the wiring inside the slots of my Prinsu rack. I tried two types of covers from 80/20:

    IMG_9346.jpg

The 'premium' covers didn't hold well enough to make me comfortable using them (the shallow ones on the left), they tended to fall/blow out. The 'economy' covers (on the right) held really well, but didn't leave much room in the channel for wiring.

I ended up using some 10 Series 1/4-Turn Drop-In cable ties (AC-010-A from Tnutz):

They worked well when crossing the rack from side to side:

A little less ideal when running front/back:

I may try using the KC wire channel in a couple spots, thanks!

I have had pretty good success with the economy T-slot covers. But I agree, it does limit the amount and Guage of wires you are running. Definitely the cleanest option IMHO.

@SpudGT What is the difference in the different “series” for these covers?

@Tyrone_843 I think it has to do with the physical size of the t-slots. Someone double check me, but I think the Prinsu racks are 10 series ...

I'll have to look up those KC covers. I need to figure this out for my rear lighting.

Those connectors for the wires work really well, the only bad thing about the whole set up is using zip ties, mine keep breaking even though I’m getting the UV resistant ones.
