    On both of my pictures I didn't have a special mount. I used the L brackets from CVT and bolted them to the top of the crossbars, and with the ARB I bolted it to the side with some nylon spacers I found at Home Depot. The CVT method was easier and more sturdy though in my opinion. The ARB method got in the way of the door cause it sat a little low.

    The arb could be mounted the same way it just doesn't come with the l brackets like the cvt. I am sure you could find something to fit the same way. One of these days I will have the time to design something specifically for the racks that fits all awnings
