oh yeah I picked up what you put down. lol

it is a two piece design, just for the ease of install. I had to modify my wind deflector some to get the light bar to sit just how I want it. its wedged between the top of the deflector and the bottom of the crossbar. A one piece might work.. but the two piece just makes getting everything in there and situated that much easier.

thanks man! I just did another test fit with the revised version. need to make one more change, and I think its good to go. hopefully gonna start machining today.

So I'm thinking I'm gonna have to get the 36" plano for my AccessRac.

Don't wanna go measure lol but the 42s already look like they're just the same size as the cabrac.

That's the one, I've been watching prices on them for awhile. They've been pretty stable, do it!

He did reply to me yesterday and he said the laser cutter made some personnel changes and it backed him up unknowingly. Hope this helps.

Well I appreciate the update, but one from him would be better since he has a thousand dollars of mine and probably other members. I understand shit happens but we're not talking about a $20 part here and even if it was $20 then still the right thing to do is notify the customer.

@zscott I know you don't sell the single crossbars anymore, but was wondering if you had 1-2 spares lying around...would rather not have to mix up the hardware. Feel free to PM if you do. Thanks!

Also, as a general announcement to anyone who may have open orders, we are having some major issues with suppliers right now that is causing unpredictable delays. Our aluminum extrusion source simply can't keep up with our current volume and are making adjustments to be able to do so, our laser cutter has had some personnel turnover which caused some mess ups and delays on their end.

I am working through all the kinks to get peoples orders shipped as close to the promised timeline as possible but know there will likely be some delays for some.

Phone is a bad way to reach me because my day job often has me in situation where I can't answer. Email is the quickest way to get a response so if you have concerns email me and I will respond to you as quickly as possible. Thanks for the patience.

Your order is in the works. I haven't provided any updates because I had originally gave you at least a 3-4 week build time. By my calendar we are just into the window now since you ordered the 19th of April. If all goes well your rack will ship tomorrow or Monday.

I won't rip anyone off. My times to complete orders depend on a lot of other people keeping there commitments. All it takes is one to have a delay and it throws off my system. I try to be as upfront as possible when there is a problem and I am more than happy to refund anyone's money if they need to go a different route, just let me know. Again, thanks for the patience.

Hey man I did not see this last post on here because I was on the phone with PayPal trying to get a refund. As long as you have the racks I'm glad to take them instead of the refund, because i actually bought it because I need it. My camping trips are pending those racks. I've waited a month, granted that the waiting time was 4 weeks and I was aware of that.I have emailed you and called you without a reponse. I understand things get hectic but you need to respond back to your customers. When I emailed you regarding purchase price and other hardware questions you got back to me within the hour on all the questions. Once the money was transacted then the responses stopped. I understand you cant drop everything right away and repond to a call but you can repond that day some time thru email, phone, text. There is a lot of money involved here. You can PM me if more needs to be said.

What are the chances you can make an access cab roof rack that has the mounting points that go into the door jam instead of drilling? I understand there would be a weight limit this way. Lemme know!

Anyone know the required range for Yakima track mounts on a canopy for a Prinsu TopRac? I've got a 2004 Tacoma, 6.5' bed, with a canopy and the Yakima tracks are 60" long and 37.5" apart. Will the long bed TopRac rack fit??

If anyone is ever interested in swapping their black powder coated, solid wind deflector for mine with a 30" cut out please let me know. I think I'm too much of a yuppie to put a light bar on my roof and am only taking my transition to being an urban redneck in baby steps. Located in Denver.
