For you first gen fellas running the cabrac, any helpful hints or "gotchas" for installing? I consider myself fairly mechanically minded and don't mind drilling through sheet metal obviously (*cough* snorkel *cough*) but I know there are always little tricks and details you wish you knew ahead of time.

    Thanks!

Measure measure and measure multiple times. Line up the rack make sure you think its perfect and then double check, triple check before you start drilling. The holes in the front you'll have to go through 2 different sheet metals so take that into account. May look into getting stronger bolts :notsure: my buddy had better bolts that still worked with the rev nuts and for some reason they worked better but its up to you. Measure four times drill once and good luck! Post up if you have any questions.

Pretty obvious but just be super slow and don't push to hard, it's really easy to bust through the headboard if your not careful drilling holes.

x2^^^ I was really hesitant on drilling so it took forever which is good because I didn't punch through the headboard

Didn't see this anywhere when searching but I was some insight on comparing these to others. Obviously cheaper and a smaller company, I'd love to support it. Any real downside to going the Prinsu route?

Let's see.... One man band, quality design, quality components, low profile, easily re configurable, etc. etc. Nope, no downsides whatsoever.

Edit: Low price, mounts for awnings, RTT compatible, etc., etc.

That's what I like to hear. I know I read some fitting issues at the beginning of it all, but I'm assuming those links were worked out.
