i would rather it say 3-4 month wait, and i get it in 6 weeks. Rather than 3-4 weeks, and I get it in 2 months

Glad the shipping info is here. I didn't order a rack because I now know the 6-8 week lead time on the web page is incorrect. Keep it to one thread, easer to track what is going on with PrInSu.

if you guys had an access cab, you would have gotten the rack quickly.. but then you would have to drill the roof. Quite a trade off o_O

I got mine in 3 business days :anonymous:

Tight man, thanks! Seems sorta confusing but I'm sure it'll make sense when my rhino rack comes in.

As a note with those shipping labels.. when mine came in, that post office of his never got past the point of printing a shipping label. They didn't aknowledge that they recieved the item, or shipped it, or anything. They denied that it ever existed all the way up until the point that I stopped calling (as the rack showed up at my house).

For sure, if it doesn't clear up when you get the cradles just holler and we'll figure it out.

so what's the verdict about installing a cabrac without the drip molding? I am thinking i was missing one for 6 months with no issues. Also, as long as I seal the holes good everything will be fine! (or so i hope?)

I've been running without the drip molding for over 2 years now, no problems so far except that dirt and pine needles can accumulate in the track. (YMMV in PA, here in the northwest my truck is always parked under pine trees)

Looks like I will be skipping this step as well. I'm thinking that way if I have go back to stock (hahaha yeah right), I have drip moldings ready to go. I might plasti dip the gap just to fill the color anyways

    Thanks for the input guys!

Any idea how comfortably these would fit from side to side rather than front to back? I have an RTT coming in, but I would like to throw one of these up in front or behind.

The box is about 40 inches long and the rack is right around 47. So I think it will fit fine but getting into them maybe a pain. It would not work for me now as I have the hi Lift and shovel up there... good luck!!

Why are you bitching at 9 weeks when the lead time is 6-8 and you knew that was underestimated? I understand the guy who has been waiting 4 months and might miss a trip but you're knowhere near that.

9 weeks ago the lead time was 4 weeks. So needless to say he has waited double what was told to him. I understand his frustration but won't say that it's unexpected

I see, well I retract my previous statement then. I will say no one should be surprised by this delays, if you have spent any time reading through this thread that is. I ordered May 10th with no trips planned that required the use of the rack (I have a camper shell I use sometime), but now we are planning a trip to the beach for the 4th and I would like to take out paddle board which does not fit in the shell obviously. Fingers crossed we get some racks shipping in the next couple weeks. :fingerscrossed:
