I created an account just so I can reply here. I also emailed Zach and was told it was going to ship either last Friday or Today. And that was last Wednesday. Haven't heard anything yet. Prior to that, there was an issue or something was waiting to go get powder coated. That was few weeks ago (July 11th).... we shall see. Ordered on May 25th. The anxiety is really getting to me. No real a straight answer.

I ordered July 12. Orders both before and after me I see have been notified of shipping. Hopefully, I'll get a UPS tracking number soon!

So did anyone with a pre-CBI order get their tracking information by end of day yesterday as promised last week?

also just joined for this thread A random guy off of facebook knew i was waiting for mine and pointed me to this thread.

I purchased a roof rack for my 4runner from prinsu April 24th, and It's been over 4 weeks since i have heard anything from zack about the order and no updates. Last message was 7/6/2017 that it was supposed to be shipping out the following day and nothing since.

Ordered a cabrac on 7/21 (Post-CBI) with estimated ship date of 9/4. We'll see if the estimated 7 week lead time is accurate. Not holding my breath based on the recent comments....

I ordered mine 24th of may. Was told 6 weeks. At 6 weeks was told it was in coating and should ship in a week. Ups has it with an eta of the 11th of Aug. Yeah it wasn't in the 6 week time frame but I'm really not worried about. I know the lead time was longer than 6. I know how it is to have a business grow faster than expected. And I'll take the few week extra over the cost difference for a similar set up.

Got in 6 of the 80/20 black slot covers yesterday...

Thinking I am going to put three on the crossbar that holds the wind fairing on and then the rest on the first crossbar that the wind hits. Will see if this helps at all to reduce the wind noise, I know it won't be much, but any little thing will help.

Will also be dropping the headliner this weekend to finish out the install of the sound deadening and ensolite foam to help with the sound. Along with putting whatever I have leftover on the floor of the front of the truck for road noise.

I installed so many of those all over the front bar and didn't help me. :(

Well dang, guess I will find out. Some people said to put it on the crossbar that holds the wind fairing on, so shall see if it does anything.

Paid like $12 or so for 6 of them.

I bought a ton of them and put them on the fairing bar, the bar under the light bar, and the front 3 crossbars and didn't get any noticeable different. May just be my setup. I think I spend like $50 on those covers. Put them on bottom, top, and sides. I need to play around with it more.

Well dang, guess I shall see then.

If it doesn't help, then oh well... I have a feeling the sound deadening and ensolite foam on the headliner will help a good amount.

Part of me wants to get my first crossbar painted, but not sure if it will adhere well or not, want it to be black so it blends in with the wind fairing.

I would think you should get it soon. I ordered a couple days after you and mine is out for delivery right now. Sounds like the orders may all be mixed up but it appears a ton of them just got shipped out. Seems like they were getting a bulk of them together mass expeditious to folks. CBI was pretty responsive when I responded to my confirmation email.

How did the new fairing position work for you?
