depending on your access to tools you can buy in 97" lengths or 48" lengths cut to 47" and tap the holes, but if you don't have the right tools/know how you might be better ordering and paying extra to have them cut and tap

whats a good touch up paint that matches the prinsu powder coating? I have a couple deep gouges on my fairing that id like to cover up without repainting the whole fairing.

Need help figuring out what cargo net to get for my prinsu. I want to throw some Plano storage lockers up top when I’m out camping. I’m looking at the gladiator nets. Not sure what size to go with. The Baja is 4x4 and the Rubicon is 4.75x5.25.

Thinking about taking my rack off to do a good cleaning/ wax an possible wrap the roof for better protection.
That being said is there anything I should do to the mounting holes? Cover with tape? My trucks non garaged an it may be a few days an rain is a food possibly.

I would remove all the silicon, tape up the holes and if you still have the weather strips put the back on for the time being.

I removed the entire rubber piece first from the truck and located all the holes by marking their location. I then cut the metal rib at each location before punching the holes. I then reinstalled the rubber and filled each hole with a Hershey kiss size dollop of silicone and inserted the spacers into the hole.

The 4X4 would be too small go with the Rubicon...

Thank you for the feedback. Just purchased a dremel 3000 on sale for the metal rib and bought the general tools punch. Excited to install next week! Did you have any trouble getting to the bolts with the crossbars already installed? Assuming its ok to unscrew them and move them while you are tightening them down.

I only installed the front and rear bars so I could lift it up on top via the bed of the truck.
